Intricate tucks and pleating in shiny latex fabric resembles origami punk.
Black accents white throughout the collection.
The the exaggerated shoulder, the nipped waist, the articulated limbs, elbows and shoulders projected to sci-fi points echo the design signature Garreth Pugh has established.
The young designer seems to take inspiration from the likes of Star Wars,
Queen Victoria, African tribal neck pieces and an obsession with geometry;
an equation that equals a technically brilliant futuristic uniform.

VOGUE PARIS - Natalia Vodlanova
Mert Alas and Marcus Piiott have created yet another editorial with exciting imagery featuring model Natalia Vodanova wearing dramatic pieces from Dior, YSL and one of a kind jewelry courtesy of Lydia Courteille.
Styled by Carine Rotifeld.
Above very 80's inspired blue satin puff sleeves with a decidedly new twist of origami detailing.
Finger cuffs on her left hand are stunning!
My eyes keep darting from the fabulously intricate head dress to the buttoned over the knee boots to the finger armor... I love them all...
Fuchsia gloves ~ doesn't every girl need a pair?
Gold boots, fuchsia draped gown, pink fur topped off with a beaded head dress; what a luscious treat for the senses
These photos are so visually rich...
so full of intrigue
